The present research deals with the modeling of trust-based organizational adaptability model factors using the structural-interpretive approach. The current research is a descriptive research that is applied-fundamental in terms of its purpose and has a mixed method (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical population of the research was the experts of government organizations of Ilam province, 13 of whom answered the ISM questionnaire. The constructs of the two variables of adaptability and organizational trust were first determined by interviewing experts and analyzing their opinions using a content analysis test, and then purified using a Delphi test. In this way, 16 and 13 factors, which are the constructs of these variables, were identified for the variables of organizational adaptability and trust, respectively. The mentioned factors were analyzed through the structural-interpretive test to determine the internal relationship and priority of importance between them. The results showed that 16 adaptability structures in 4 levels and 13 organizational trust structures in 3 levels of relationships are placed in the form of independent, dependent and relational factors.
